Stephanie Stockham-Ronollo, LPC

Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with the State of Missouri and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with the National Board for Certified Counselors. She received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado Denver, in 2011. Prior to Stephanie's work at Happy Brain, she was a Staff Counselor at both Washington University, in St. Louis, and Creighton University, in Omaha, Nebraska. At both of these universities Stephanie was a member of eating disorder treatment teams. In addition, Stephanie worked at the University of Denver Colorado, and counseled children, adults, couples and families.

Stephanie enjoys working with children of all ages, emerging adults, couples and families. She works with each individual's needs uniquely and draws upon several different theoretical orientations, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, the mind/body connection, interpersonal neurobiology and interpersonal process therapy. Her professional areas of expertise include self-esteem, relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, body image and eating disorders, identity development (including multicultural and LGBTQIA identity), and trauma. Stephanie is highly interested in relationship dynamics and enjoys facilitating couples counseling. She also offers addiction counseling and a weekly SMART recovery group.

Kelly Locker, LPC, CHt, Certified Hypnotherapist

Kelly Locker, LPC, CHt, Certified Hypnotherapist

Kelly Locker is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Hypnotherapist. Kelly received her graduate degree in Community Counseling from the University of Missouri, Hypnotherapy Certification from the Mottin & Johnson Institute of Hypnosis and is a trained Level II Reiki Practitioner. Kelly made a shift to the mental health field in 2006 after working ten years as a cancer research biologist at Monsanto and Washington University School of Medicine. She is bilingual speaking both English and German. Kelly was awarded Kirkwood's Best in Counseling and Mental Health for 2016.

Kelly assists adults, adolescents and children. She practices holistic counseling to treat the whole body and person and hypnotherapy to treat smoking, addictions, weight reduction, anxiety and stress management, phobias, athletic enhancement, past life regression, and more! She utilizes an integrative approach to tailor therapy to the person, and techniques from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. This approach is direct, with a focus on the present and future to create internal mental harmony.

She accepts self-payments for hypnotherapy and counseling, and Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United HealthCare (UBH), TriCare or self-pay for counseling.

Kristin Whitwell, PLPC

Kristin Whitwell, PLPC

Kristin Whitwell is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated from the Central Methodist University with a Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling, in May 2017. Kristin made a career change from working for the Pattonville School District and raising a family to mental health after working in the field voluntarily at Jefferson Barracks helping veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder.

Kristin enjoys working with adults, couples and children. She believes we are all made to lead successful and fulfilling lives and sometimes problems we encounter interrupt the quality of our life. She collaborates with clients to find the source(s) of the issues, how they’re affecting the environment and how to use those to strengthen relationships. She strives to provide therapy that is respectful and ethical and works with a wide range of presenting concerns, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationships, communication, self-esteem and self-image. She believes in a client-centered, humanistic approach to therapy, which means clients take an active role during each session and work together to identify and process negative thoughts and emotions that impact behaviors and decisions.

As a proud mother of a Marine, and a history of working with veterans, Kristin specializes in work with active or non-active military personnel.

Camille Bruton Reinhold, LPC, EMIB

Camille Bruton Reinhold is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her graduate degrees in Counseling and Family Therapy, with a focus on human development, and Executive Masters in International Business from Saint Louis University. She received a patient safety and quality certification from the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. (ABQAURP).

She specializes in working with children and families and improving the relationship between them. Her office has a dedicated play therapy room designed to promote emotional and mental well-being in children and to improve communication skills with caregivers. Camille works with adults and couples with a focus on aligning positive mental thoughts with emotional self-regulation to promote personal harmony and happiness. This approach is affective for reducing anxiety, depression, reducing symptoms of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD, ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and treating serious disorders and physical, emotional or sexual trauma. Finally, Camille’s practice promotes whole body well-being and nutritional support through free literature and reduced cost supplements.

When relationships do not work, Camille offers divorce mediation to promote a return to well-being when the marriage ends. This approach is particularly designed to help parents work with children when one home becomes two homes. This focus reduces confusion, anxiety and tensions for the couple and the children as they begin a new life. She works with an attorney offering a special rate to couples with or without children and who are agreeing to a non-contested approach to settling the differences.
